Michael E.J. Phelps
Chairman of the Board
Michael E.J. Phelps is Chairman of Dornoch Capital Inc., a
private investment company.
In 2003, the Canadian Government appointed Mr. Phelps as
Chairman of "the Wise Persons' Committee", a panel developed
to review Canada's system of securities regulation.
From January 1988 to 2002, he served as President and Chief
Executive Officer, and subsequently as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Westcoast Energy Inc. Vancouver, BC.
Mr. Phelps serves on the Boards of Directors of Spectra Energy
Corporation, Marathon Oil Corporation, Canadian Pacific Railway
Company, and the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic
and Paralympic Games.
He is Chairman of the Board of the GLOBE Foundation and Kodiak Exploration
Limited. From 1997 to 2006, he served as Chairman of the
Committee to Nominate the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Mr.
Phelps also serves on the board of the VGH
& UBC Hospital Foundation and is a Senior Advisor to Deutsche Bank
AG, Canada and a special Advisor to CVRD Inco.
In 2001, Mr. Phelps was appointed as an Officer to the Order of Canada.
Robert A. Fung
Robert Fung is currently an Advisor to Macquarie Capital Markets
Canada Ltd. Mr. Fung is the former chairman of the Toronto
Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, a corporation
established to lead the $17 billion renewal of Toronto's
waterfront.
From 1980 to 1998, he served as Vice-Chairman and a Director of
Gordon Capital Corporation. Much of his efforts focused on
corporate finance in the natural resources sector, particularly in
acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. From 1998 to 2001 he
joined independent investment dealer Capital West as
a Senior Partner.
From 1967 to 1978, Mr. Fung was Vice-President and a Director of
Dominion Securities Limited with responsibilities for its
investment activities in Asia. He began his career in the
investment industry in 1964 with Wood Gundy.
Mr. Fung is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of
private, public and charitable organizations. He is Chairman of Crystallex
International Corporation, and Deputy Chairman of the Asia Pacific
Foundation of Canada. He is also on the boards of Mount Sinai
Hospital, Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute, and Export Development
Canada.
David G. Unruh
David Unruh (B.A.; LLB) currently serves as a Director of Westcoast Energy
Inc., Union
Gas Limited, Pacific Northern Gas Inc., Corriente
Resources Inc., Catalyst Paper Corp., Ontario Power
Generation, The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, Canada Line Rapid
Transit Inc and Translink .
Prior to this, Mr. Unruh served as Vice Chairman of Westcoast
Energy Inc. and Union Gas Limited, before that as Senior Vice
President and General Counsel for Houston based Duke Energy Gas
Transmission and Senior Vice President, Law and Corporate
Secretary of Westcoast Energy Inc.
Before joining Westcoast Energy Inc. in Vancouver, British
Columbia in 1993, Mr. Unruh practiced corporate and commercial law
in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

John D. Wiebe
John Wiebe (BSc; PhD) is President & CEO of the GLOBE
Foundation. Until May of 2005 he was also the President & CEO
of the Asia
Pacific Foundation of Canada and until April of 2007 was
Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Education Centre Network and Global
Schools Inc with operations throughout the world.
He serves as a Director of the International Centre for Sustainable Cities,
the International
Finance Centre, EcoCanada, the McCrae Institute, West Mountain
Capital Corp. and Tonbridge Power Corporation. He is a member of
the United Nations
Finance Initiative's Expert Group on Responsible Investment and
serves on the Advisory Council of the Independent Power Producers
Forum in Asia.
He is a past Chair of the Vancouver Economic Commission and from
2000 to 2006 served as a member of the National Roundtable on
Environment and Economy.
In 2003 he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by the Governor
General of Canada.
